Becoming a Jet Pilot

  • >Type conversion training provided by former and current RAF instructors
  • >No instructor fees, train at your own pace
  • >Structured path to solo status
  • >Followed by further endorsements (aerobatic, 2 and 3-ship close formation, land-away etc.)

Requirements

  • >UK PPL or EASA PPL or military equivalent
  • >UK or EASA Class 2 Medical
  • >200+ hours
  • >Complex endorsement and aerobatic ratings beneficial but not required

  • >1/20th share — £ 7,500
  • >Monthly subscription — £ 350
  • >Per sortie — Fuel (Jet A-1) used + £ 50 dry-charge
